Kevin Lancaster

Hi, I’m Kevin Lancaster. I began working at 13 and later juggled multiple jobs to put myself through the University of Maryland. While there, I secured a role at the Dingman Center for Entrepreneurship — the experience that sparked my passion for building, scaling, and transforming businesses. Twenty years later, things came full circle when the University invested in one of my latest ventures, ChannelProgram.com.

Since then, I’ve founded and led multiple industry-defining companies and consulting organizations, including ID Agent, one of the fastest-growing cybersecurity software vendors in the market, supporting hundreds of thousands of businesses worldwide. Across my career, I’ve built, scaled, advised, and invested in companies that have generated more than $15 billion in revenue across both the commercial and public sectors.

Today, I’m recognized as a leading authority on business growth, innovation, and startup acceleration — investing in, and helping leaders build companies that scale, endure, and win.
